Life mastery - an exercise

Life Mastery - Categories :
A Basic, Preliminary Exercise

Schedule some "me" time and....

1.      List your Life Categories.

2.      Prioritize the categories.

3.      Make sub-categories for each priority

Life Categories are the things you put time, energy and/or money into.  These are the categories in which you are working to create success and mastery.  Some you do every day of your life, and others you do perhaps weekly, monthly or even yearly.   Regardless of how often these are done, it is advisable to set the intention to be truly successful in everything you will write down here.  Print out or pen-copy the text below... Then, list your Life Categories in no particular order:

Example                                                Your List

Relationships                                       _________________

Career and Finances                          _________________

Physical Health                                    _________________

Recreation and Free Time                 _________________

Mental and Emotional Health             _________________

Travel and Vacation                            _________________

Spirituality                                             _________________

Education                                             _________________

Volunteer Work                                    _________________

Housing                                                 _________________

Now you can prioritize your list by asking yourself what is most important here.  What is most important is the foundation for the others.  For instance, could you have a successful career if you were physically ill?  Could you be there for your children if you were broke?  The categories that are higher on the list support the categories below.  This is important because most people’s priorities are not well thought out and are usually backward.

Here are a few principles to follow when deciding on your priorities:

1.      Invest in yourself first – You are your highest priority.

2.      Seek the Highest – “Seek ye first the Kingdom and all things shall be added unto you.”

3.      Make yourself a strong pillar – Don’t rely on other members of society to support you, be successful yourself and then help others to do the same.

Ask yourself: "Have the people I've listened to about money been positive role models? Has the advice of those who have not yet found financial freedom (i.e. "Money doesn't grow on trees," "You can't have your cake and eat it too...") really helped me through life?!?!-- Or, has it limited me?"  It's easy to change: Spend 3 months learning from Andrew & Matthew in the Prosperity In Your Pajamas course...

Andrew will teach you EXACTLY how to make money from home; Matthew will teach you how to allow yourself to do so!
It's common for the mind to object to ideas that go against its base concept of reality. For most people, "reality" means that money is something that "doesn't grow on trees.." Money is, after all, "the root of all evil." Even more often, people carry subtle beliefs about their personal deservability and/or their ability to be one of the "lucky" ones who make lots of money. Sure, you can WANT to make money but as long as you hold onto those underlying beliefs, you will continue to WANT to make money instead of actually MAKING money.

Matthew Brownstein plays a unique role in the course; helping your mind heal the blocks that have kept it from being successful in the past!
